Reservations

Booking a tour with Tours in Morocco implies acceptance of these conditions on behalf of yourself and all other persons using our services pursuant to a booking made by you.

Booking

Upon agreement with the proposal, Tours in Morocco will raise an invoice with payment details. Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your deposit. The balance of the invoice (less deposit) is due one calendar month before travel and can be paid by bank transfer, major credit/debit card via the PayPal system (transaction charges paid by the payer), or by cash on arrival by special arrangement. Failure to receive the balance by the due date allows us to cancel the holiday after due notice, and you forfeit your initial deposit.

Amendments

We will make all possible amendments to your booking with no additional charges. However, should you request amendments within 15 days of the start of your trip, feasibility is not guaranteed. In such cases, we will either accommodate your request, inform you that it is not possible, or reserve the right to charge an additional fee. If changes are not possible, you can choose to proceed with your holiday as originally booked or cancel, paying the cancellation charges mentioned below. Once the deposit is paid, the price is locked in. Any reduced pricing or discounts after deposit payment will not apply. Prices may be subject to surcharges up to 45 days before departure due to unfavorable changes in exchange rates, local operator costs, taxes, or government actions. In such instances, we will be responsible for the increased amount up to 2% of the original trip price, and you will be responsible for the balance. A surcharge resulting in an increase of more than 10% allows you to cancel the booking within 14 days of notification and obtain a full refund.

Cancellation Policy

Please notify us in writing as soon as possible if you need to cancel your travel arrangements. The cancellation charge depends on the number of days between receiving your written cancellation and the start date of your trip:

If canceled 30 days or more – only the deposit is payable.
If canceled less than 30 days ahead – No refund is payable (payment in full required).
In the event of war, threat of war, civil unrest, closure of airports, industrial action, threatened or actual terrorist activities, or any other events outside the control of Tours in Morocco, resulting in delays, extensions, or changes in holiday arrangements, we cannot accept liability, and no refunds will be made.

Special Requests

Inform us of any special requirements (dietary, medical, wheelchair assistance, etc.) before confirming your booking. We’ll relay this information to our suppliers for safe and enjoyable holidays. Let us know of preferences during the reservation (hotel locations, bed configurations, etc.), and we’ll strive to accommodate. No compensation will be paid if such requests are unfulfilled.

Insurance

Our cars are registered and fully insured as tourist vehicles, including 4wd (4×4 / ATV) where applicable. It is compulsory for all party members to be covered by insurance appropriate to the visit, with the lead passenger ensuring adequate and appropriate insurance. Insurance must cover loss of effects, personal accident, medical expenses, repatriation, and all other expenses arising from loss, damage, injury, delay, or inconvenience. We also strongly recommend cancellation insurance. Clients should verify that their insurance covers planned activities like horse & camel riding, trekking, quad biking, etc.

Responsibility

We assume no responsibility for personal injury, illness, damage, death, or loss during your trip. While we strive to ensure all tour aspects meet expectations, we act only as an agent and cannot be held responsible for actions of carriers, property owners, providers, or organizers. We are not responsible for events outside our reasonable control or in the absence of fault by Tours in Morocco Limited. Safety standards of accommodation and local services may differ from your home country. Note that all aspects of the itinerary are subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We reserve the right to make last-minute changes based on weather, road conditions, vehicle maintenance, and driver illness. The driver has the authority to make decisions based on experience and “on the ground” knowledge.

Onward Connections – While we use local knowledge to ensure you meet your onward travel connection, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances. We advise booking onward connections for the day following the end of your tour. Bicycle hire & Camel riding – For those participating in cycling or camel riding, note that protective headgear availability can vary. We cannot guarantee headgear provision or its standard compared to the USA or your home country. We encourage you to bring your own headgear.

Documentation

You are responsible for ensuring possession of valid required travel documents. Ensure your passport is valid for your return date with a blank page for the visa on arrival stamp. Have a booked return ticket. Verify passport and visa requirements, ensuring compliance before arriving in Morocco. We cannot be held responsible for missed holidays or repatriation costs due to failure to meet these requirements.

Privacy & Confidentiality

We take full responsibility for securing your private and confidential information provided during booking. Collected information is used to make reservations and travel arrangements. We share special requirements with relevant suppliers for safety and enjoyment. By booking, you consent to this information being passed on. We reserve the right to use photographs and case studies for publicity; inform us if you prefer otherwise at the time of booking.

Complaints

In the unlikely event of a complaint, immediately contact your driver/hotel/guide. If resolution isn’t possible, contact the USA office with details. Discuss concerns at the time to give us the chance to rectify. We aim for your enjoyment and will do everything within our capabilities to make it happen.

Referral Discounts

Earn discounts using referral codes from selected social media influencers. Codes must be quoted in your initial contact, not at a later stage. These codes apply to tours of 4 days or more, with a discount capped at £300.00. Only one code can be used per booking, and no other special offers can be used concurrently.
